Now is an exciting time to join us as a Junior Pre-Sales Consultant to help build on our success and drive our future growth.
What You Will Do
Conduct technical discovery sessions with potential clients to understand their current IT infrastructure, pain points, and business objectives
Customer facing role in which you translate business needs into technical solutions
Write and produce SoW’s (Statement of Work) for projects
Collaborate with the sales team, whilst working closely with our Pre-Sales Consultants to identify client needs and provide technical solutions that meet those needs
Provide technical support to clients during the sales process and throughout the project lifecycle
Work closely with clients to understand their current IT infrastructure and recommend appropriate solutions
You Will Bring
Network configuration & deployment experience
Knowledge and experience of Firewall technologies and Vendors including Juniper Net-works, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, HPE & DELL experience is beneficial not essential
Understanding of cyber security solutions and cloud backups
Client engagement skills through the sales lifecycle
Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach
Capability to translate customer needs into technical solutions
Capability to translate customer needs into technical solutions
Proficiency in multicultural team environments and adaptability
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
