Job Description:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in IT sales.
  • Maintain and establish a business relationship between the company and its customers (both internal and external)
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Work with KPI’s to hit company target.
  • Develop the Company’s IT projects to meet adequately all business needs of the assigned customers.
  • Ensure all IT initiatives relating to customer services are met timely enough.
  • Ensure all IT projects are streamlined towards the prescribed budget.
  • Lead other IT members of staff in actualizing company’s goal towards better service delivery.
  • Oversee and manage activities of other IT staff members to ensure all work in line with laid down procedures outlined by the organization.
  • Report activities directly to the agency director or IT account director, regarding the status of any client-related transaction
  • Advocate the needs and expectations of the client to ensure compliance by top management towards achieving customer satisfaction, which is the sole goal of the organization.
  • Work with IT product development team to ensure compliance with customer’s expectations.
  • Ensure that product portfolio gives a reflection of the ever-changing needs of the clients.
  • Coordinate technical support teams to provide varieties in customers’ products.

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct thorough technical discovery sessions with potential clients to understand their current IT infrastructure, pain points, and business objectives.
  • Architect, design and deliver Network & Security solutions of varying complexity to end customers in accordance with technology roadmaps, standards, and guidelines.
  • Customer facing role in which you translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Write and produce SoW’s (Statement of Work) for projects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and provide technical solutions that meet those needs.
  • Provide technical support to clients during the sales process and throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Represents the company as a technical expert with customers, shares knowledge in area of expertise and links to related technology areas.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their current IT infrastructure and recommend appropriate solutions.

You Will Bring:

  • Professional knowledge of the Network Services industry.
  • Network configuration & deployment experience from Design to Delivery.
  • Knowledge and experience of multiple Firewall technologies and Vendors including Juniper Networks, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, HPE & DELL experience is beneficial.
  • Understanding of cyber security solutions and cloud backups.
  • Exceptional client engagement skills throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Capability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in multicultural team environments and adaptability.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
